3) During in-person consultations, our doctors wear masks, gloves, and face shields to ensure the safety of both themselves and the patients.
4) We offer a contactless sample collection booth (an innovative product designed by Prudent Clinic) for blood tests and ensure zero contact for throat and nose swab collections.
5) All other diagnostic services are conducted with the current medical situation in mind.
6) Each patient is screened for fever or high temperature using a non-contact infrared thermometer.
7) We also measure patients’ oxygen saturation with a pulse oximeter, which is crucial for identifying asymptomatic COVID-19 cases.
8) Patients are required to complete a self-declaration form prior to their consultation with the doctor.
9) Upon arrival at Prudent Clinic, every patient must sanitize their hands and wear a mask.
10) Our reception area is fully enclosed with glass to prevent direct contact between the reception team and patients, ensuring safety for both parties.
11) Our reception staff and floor managers are equipped with masks, gloves, face shields, and PPE kits when interacting with patients.
12) We promote contactless payment methods and, when necessary, accept payments via credit/debit cards or cash.
