Dr. Poonam Sandeep Naphade gained admission to the MBBS program at the government medical college in Yavatmal based on her academic merit. Upon completing her degree, she began her career as a medical officer at the District Hospital for Women in Akola.

Following her marriage, she secured a position as a Medical Officer in the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) through merit. With a strong passion for dermatology, she pursued a Diploma in Dermatology and Venereology three years into her career.

Currently, she has established a private practice in Aundh, collaborating with Dr. Sandeep Naphade. Their complementary specialties allow for effective resolution of various skin and surgical treatments.
