Dr. P. Madhu Rao is a postgraduate from the College of Ayurveda and Research Centre in Akurdi, Pune. He earned his Master’s degree in Surgery from the Shalya Faculty of Ayurveda, graduating with distinction. With 12 years of experience as a proctosurgeon specializing in the treatment of ano-rectal diseases in Pune, he continues the legacy of his great-grandfather as a fourth-generation Ayurveda practitioner.
Dr. P. Madhu Rao employs traditional treatment methods in a modern scientific context, ensuring minimal pain, discomfort, and invasiveness. His approach targets the root causes of diseases, effectively preventing recurrence without side effects.
He has shared his expertise and methodologies at numerous national and international seminars and conferences, and in 2018, he received the Maharashtra Gourav Puraskar in the Health Care category.
