Dr. Jayaprakashsai has been affiliated with Diabetes Specialty Clinics at Elbit Medical Diagnostics Ltd. in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, India for the last eight years. He is currently employed at Apollo Sugar Clinics, also located in Banjara Hills. Dr. Jayaprakashsai completed his Specialist Postgraduate Training in Diabetology at the University of Zagreb in Croatia and participated in an intensive training program in Diabetes Management at CMC Vellore.

He is a Fellow of the Robert Turner Diabetes Research training program at Oxford University in the UK and has undergone training in Diabetes Epidemiology at Cambridge University, also in the UK. Additionally, he attended the Rising Star Diabetes Workshop in Paris, France. He served as President of the Rotary Club of Hyderabad Central (District 3150) from 2017 to 2019 and is a life member of the Indian Medical Association (IMA) in Hyderabad City.

He was an Executive Committee member of the National RSSDI (Research Society for the Study of Diabetes in India) from 2017 to 2019. Dr. Jayaprakashsai has presented abstract papers at various international conferences, including ICOMES 2016 in Seoul, South Korea; ISPAD 2017 in Innsbruck, Austria; EDEG 2017 in Dubrovnik, Croatia; CODHY 2018 in Tel Aviv, Israel; and AOCE 2018 in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.

He is dedicated to enhancing public awareness regarding Diabetes Education and Prevention and has organized DEAR (Diabetes Education Awareness Reach) activities for physicians, patients, and the public over the past eight years. He has also received Fellowship Awards from RSSDI and Diabetes India.
